I have Read the below information:

Arrival:

  • Vendors are assigned to arrive at 4pm. We recognize that having everyone arrive at one time may cause a backup traffic issue, but out of respect to the merchants and customers this is the best opportunity to facilitate a “move-in.” If we all follow protocol, we can minimize this issue and create better flow.

Unloading:

  • Unloading – you must pull your car in front of your space facing in the traffic flow and to provide room for cars to drive around. UNLOAD is the phrase – this does NOT mean unpack, set-up your tent, etc. It means take everything out of the automobile and leave it there. Park in the community garage or side street outside the event permitted zone.
  • Do NOT pull into any parking space adjacent or across from your booth; pulling into a parking spot is taking the opportunity from another vendor to unload and slows the flow of traffic.

Event Timeline (5:30p-8:00p):

  • The event move-in ends at 5:00p vendors will not be allowed to drive to their spot at and all booths must be set and ready for sales at that time.
  • Leaving early is not an option. You may start packing up at 7:50p (NO EARLIER) but your tent and main items must stay up until 8:00p. We must have integrity and provide the event as advertised. Packing up and walking out prior to 8:00p may disqualify you form future participation.
  • If you do not attend OR leave Early, the brokerage will bill you $50 for the event space. This is the monthly cost for the event. If you are unable to attend the event you have confirmed, it is your responsibility to have an agent to replace you, do not reach out to the brokerage till you have found a replacement. Failure to do so will remove you from future Summerville Events.
  • The space may have different agents within the brokerage on the same date; you can coordinate plans if you so choose to. Please be courteous to one another.
  • There is a theme each month, try to plan around the theme.
  • This is for one space, paid for by the brokerage because the brokerage is the member. If additional spaces are needs, you are required to go through the brokerage and not reach out to Dream directly.
  • During Daylight savings time, plan to bring battery powered lights for your both. Power may not be available.
  • Location: Hutchinson Square, W. Richardson & Short Central –  The Space is assigned, ask where the Better Homes and Gardens spot is before set up.
