Errors and Ommissions (E&O) Insurance is required through the brokerage. Two options are available. Either annual $295/yr (charged upon joining) or $60/transaction (deducted from each commission). An agent may change their selection at their anniversary date of joining the brokerage. If you are joining a team, annual is required. E&O insurance is non-refundable.
